M Premium Nail Bar operates primarily by appointment. Walk-in clients may be accepted depending on availability, but it’s recommended to book in advance via our website or by calling Moully at 0420 267 607

To confirm an appointment, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit will be deducted from your total service cost. If you need to reschedule, you must do so at least 48 hours in advance for the deposit to be transferred. No deposit = no booking confirmation.

If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. If you don’t show up and don’t notify us, you will also lose your deposit.

We do not offer cash refunds. However, if you’re unhappy with a service, please contact us within 3 days of your appointment. If the issue is due to our product or application, we’ll provide a complimentary 30-minute express touch-up. Concerns raised after 72 hours are not eligible for this service.

Our salon is not child-proof. If you’re bringing a child, please let us know in advance. You or a staff member must supervise them. For safety reasons, we do not recommend bringing very active children.
